CEER operates two integrated programs — one for early childhood readiness, one for school choice navigation. Both are guided by the same Blueprint Framework™.
Ages 0–7 · Pre-K through early elementary
Personalized guidance for parents focused on early childhood readiness — screen time, daily routines, behavior, social development, and school preparation. Start with a free diagnostic quiz that generates your child's custom action plan.
Ages 3–14 · Kindergarten through middle school
Independent consulting for parents navigating school choice, IEP processes, and educational transitions. Get an expert in your corner — someone whose only interest is your child's outcome, not any school's enrollment numbers.
Is this you?
Schools tell you what they want you to hear. The internet gives you noise. You're left making permanent decisions with unreliable guidance. CEER exists to change that.
You're evaluating school options but don't know how to compare them fairly
Charter, private, public, homeschool — every source is biased toward its own model. You need someone whose only interest is your child.
School NavigationYou're not sure your Pre-K or Kindergartner is developing on track
You can feel something, but you don't have a framework to assess it clearly. The Foundations Blueprint quiz gives you one in under 10 minutes.
FoundationsYour child has an IEP or 504 and you feel like the school controls the process
You have more rights than you've been told. Most parents walk out of IEP meetings having agreed to things that didn't serve their child.
School NavigationScreens, routines, and behavior feel out of control — and school is coming fast
Before a child can thrive in school, foundations need to be in place. CEER Foundations gives parents a personalized, sequenced first step.
FoundationsThe enrollment window is closing and you still don't have a decision
Kindergarten enrollment, charter lotteries, private school applications — the timeline is short and the stakes are permanent.
School NavigationHow we work together
CEER School Navigation · Ages 3–14
Expert-led session: we assess your child's needs, evaluate your school options, and give you a concrete decision framework. No fluff. No agenda. Just clarity.
The complete framework for evaluating, comparing, and choosing an educational path — built from real family conversations and the Blueprint Framework™.
For families facing complex decisions: multiple school options, special needs navigation, or major educational transitions requiring deep research.
CEER Foundations · Ages 0–7
Diagnostic quiz generating a personalized 2-focus-area action plan for your specific child. Built from the same methodology used in real coaching conversations.
The village most parents don't have — templates, scripts, routine builders, weekly themed focus, and a monthly group coaching call.
The full arc — routines, screens, emotional regulation, social development — in a structured cohort with peer accountability and live Q&As.
Proprietary framework
Five developmental stages — from exploring building materials to designing structures independently — mapped across early childhood and connected to both CEER product lines.
Visiting the lumberyard — touching materials, learning names, watching adults use them. Active sensory vocabulary-building.
FoundationsSorting and organizing by type and function. Categorization, pattern recognition, early sequencing — the logic underlying all learning.
FoundationsBuilding a doghouse — a complete, simple structure. First integration of skills into a whole output. The first "I can build something" moment.
NavigationA larger doghouse with multiple rooms. Same materials, greater complexity. Consolidation and elaboration — reading for comprehension.
NavigationHere are the materials — I will design a structure using my knowledge of each one's properties. Design thinking emerges. Judgment over execution.
NavigationHow it works
Most parents come to CEER overwhelmed. They leave with a clear decision, a concrete next step, and the confidence to act on it.
Step 01
Complete a short intake form before your session. We want to know your child, your current situation, your options, and what's keeping you up at night.
Step 02
Your advisor researches your specific schools, district policies, and relevant data before the session. You're not starting from zero when we meet.
Step 03
We walk through your options, apply the Blueprint Framework to your specific child, and build a concrete path forward. You leave with a plan, not more questions.
Step 04
Written recommendations within 48 hours. Priority email access for two weeks while you implement.
Why CEER
Before entering education, our founder spent more than 20 years in financial services — including 7 years professionally designing learning programs for adults. She left that career to work directly with children: running a family childcare home, teaching in daycare, preschool, and early elementary classrooms. She's also a parent of three who has personally navigated public, charter, private, and homeschool — and seen two children through to graduation.
I couldn't find anyone who could help me make these decisions the way I wanted to — with rigor, real information, and no agenda. So I built CEER.
Twenty years in financial services taught me how to analyze systems, manage complexity, and coach people toward better decisions using data — not gut feeling. Seven years designing learning programs taught me how to turn expertise into frameworks that actually change behavior. Working with children from infancy through early elementary taught me what development really looks like up close.
And raising three children across four school models taught me what the stakes actually feel like from the parent's seat.
We take no referral fees, no commissions, no school partnerships. Our only interest is helping your family make the best decision for your child.
